PLOT

The plot for this short-film actually follows up the previous last episode of Dragonball GT where Son Goku and his friends defeated Majin Buu.

Two years after the defeat of Majin Buu in the main Dragon Ball series, Hercule finally finishes construction on his brand new hotel. Feeling guilty that the hotel is in honor of what the majority of Earth believes to be his defeat of Buu, he invites all of the Z Fighters and their families to a banquet. Shortly after dinner two Saiyan Spaceships land just outside of town, and a mysterious Saiyan and his wife confronts the Z-Fighters at the hotel. They are revealed to be Vegeta's younger brother, Tarble, who had been deemed too weak to fight in the past and thus had been sent to a distant star before the destruction of Planet Vegeta, and his wife Gure. He asks his brother for help in dealing with Abo and Cado, soldiers who are remnants of Frieza's army (even having competed with the Ginyu Force), who are causing havoc on his planet.

I prefer to download the videos part-by-part in Youtube because somehow the loading there is much faster. The streaming in JUMPLAND browser was very slow for me. Here's the videos from Youtube:

A LIVE-ACTION MOVIE!! Can you actually believe that?!? Also the producer is Stephen Chow! That really make me so eager to watch the movie. Too bad it's still long time ahead before the movie is released. Nevermind, I will use the extra time to play the upcoming Sims3. I have watched the trailer and it looks like....MATRIX/ X-MEN/ HEROES?!?( I think Heroes is much better). It has so many elements of "Amokau-ish" and the japanese elements in it is really gone. The starting of the trailer looks like a scene from Heroes too. Actually, I don't even know how to explain it but what can we expect since all the characters are from Western countries. Or is it....??

LOL! Did you notice Chow-Yun-Fatt acting as Master Roshi, the totally pervert guy in this series? Not to mention Master Roshi is a great fighter & teacher. But, sometimes I still can't believe. The international actor from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon/(Captain Sao Feng from Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End) is acting in this first ever made live-action Dragonball movie. For me, it's so hard to believe. Oh ya, about the Piccolo's head see it yourself in the screenshots below.
